The following instructions explain how to enable JavaScript for the optimum view of this web site:

7. Click OK on the Internet Properties window.
8. Close all open Internet Explorer windows and then relaunch Internet Explorer.

Opera 9

1. Select Quick Preferences from the Filemenu.
2. Make sure Enable JavaScript is checked.
3. Click Reload.

Safari for Mac OS X, version 3.0 and higher

1. Select Preferences from the Safari menu.
2. Click Security.
3. Check Enable JavaScript.
4. Close the Preferences window.
5. Click Reload.
